Traineeships
CTC is a Supervising Registered Training Organisation (SRTO) that provides training for traineeships in Central and Western Queensland, offering business, retail and hospitality traineeships to gain a nationally recognised qualification to become an industry professional in your chosen field.
What are Traineeships
A traineeship is an opportunity for someone to work full-time, part time or school based whilst undertaking training to achieve a Nationally Recognised Qualification. At the beginning of the Traineeship, the Trainee and Employer will sign a Training Contract that is registered with the Qld Department of Employment & Training. By signing this contract the Trainee and Employer agree to uphold certain Roles & Responsibilities. These include: observing the employer's instructions, participating in the training, confidentiality of information.

Our completion rate of over 85% is attributed to our ability to provide high quality, flexible training, support throughout the term of the traineeship and regular visits to monitor the trainee’s progress. We can also assist the employer by organising the traineeship paperwork to be signed.
